Don’t be fooled by its palm-sized size! This wireless signal detector, which is the size of a bank card, can scan the frequency band loopholes from 50 MHz to 3000 MHz (covering most hidden eavesdropping devices) and issue visual and audio warnings. The built-in GSM filter allows you to use it normally even near the base station.
The device’s 5-segment LED indicator provides step-by-step feedback. The stronger the signal, the more lights it will light up. The red light indicates the warning area, which greatly improves the efficiency of investigation.
MN01 has a retractable antenna that looks ordinary. It solves two practical problems:
- Extending the antenna: It can expand the search range and improve the direction recognition, which is suitable for quickly investigating a large area.
- Shortening the antenna: It can reduce sensitivity, filter out environmental electromagnetic interference, and is more conducive to accurately locating small devices.
The anti-eavesdropping detection device provides two operating modes: “Search” and “Acoustic Binding”:
Procedure in “Search” mode:
- Automatically calibrate the sensitivity after powering on.
- Hold the device and move it slowly at a distance of 30-50cm from the detection surface. If the displayed signal is enhanced (the number of red LEDs increases), it is the source of the abnormality.
Note: If the electromagnetic interference in the room increases, you can move the antenna part into the product body to reduce the sensitivity and lock the suspicious device more accurately.
Steps in “Acoustic Binding” mode:
- Short press the function key to switch to “Acoustic Binding”.
- Start searching for “bugs”. If a characteristic howling sound appears in the speaker, it means that there may be an invisible listening device working nearby.
